Iron Mountain Digital Helps Virgin HealthMiles Increase IT Productivity

BOSTON (Sept. 29, 2008) - In order to increase multiple server and IT department productivity, Virgin HealthMiles turned to Iron Mountain Digital, the technology arm of Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM) for its LiveVault® server backup and recovery solution in 2006. Exponential data growth at Virgin HealthMiles was negatively impacting backup time – which was scheduled to only occur after business hours but began to overlap with morning business hours – resulting in a slow website that frustrated customers. In response, Virgin HealthMiles now relies on Iron Mountain Digital for a fully automated and continuous backup solution.
