Using a proprietary, highly efficient technology-based methodology, Iron Mountain Consulting Services classifies your inventory of stored hardcopy records and creates an electronic database. Applying your customized retention schedule, we identify those records that are immediately eligible for destruction and schedule the remaining records for eventual destruction.

We can carry out the destruction in a secure and documented way, using our secure shredding services. When the process is complete, you have an optimized records inventory database, classified cartons with consistent records descriptions, and destruction review dates for your remaining inventory.
